Herm...the overall awareness on the topic are in acceptional level in urban city but it still lack of access to the facilities in sub-urban and rural , but the perception or prejudice of public toward the issue are still very bad. After all this , the biggest issue in our country is prostitution , because Malaysia is actually Islamic country , these people has always been unseen by the law and authority ,they has to deal with customer that refuse to use condom, this is one of the major HIV/AIDS spreading way...The drug taker who live in poor house that share syringe with multiply user are still a major concern in this issue. Lastly , the infant get HIV transfer from mother are very worrying.
