In June 2006, for my 9th Year, I will participate in an event to benefit the San Francisco AIDS Foundation called AIDS Life Cycle #5. Each year, I cycle 575 miles (from S.F to L.A, CA.). And, I complete the ride knowing I did the right thing
So on 01 December 2005, I will put on my red jersey and shorts. And then, I will begin my cycling training by riding 60 miles. And then, I plan to visit the San Francisco General Hospital and offer acts of kindness to patients in need.
Each individual has a responsibility to one's community. And each individual can do something to help relieve the suffering of others. Whether it personal, local or global ...we all share in the fight against this panademic.
Do what you can do ..And, keep your chin up!
Wishing the best of all possible worlds,
