I have a question to all of you from the world:

What does the law in your country say about sexual relations between hiv positive man or woman to negative person. in flirt (not a freind - just jump to bed for 1-2 times) and in times that the positive and negative are freinds.

In your country - when does the positive personal must say to the other he is positive ? what does the law in your country say

Does he have to say (the positive) before sexual relations or he just put condom and that all.

I will be happy to hear the law from your country.

This is important because the HIV organization in israel (not me) say that every one is responsible to make safe sex and positive people do not have to say they are positive in sexual flirt.

wating to hear from you

Hey, not easy to find :(

I finally did find that in France, professional and intentional contamination is illegal. But anything unintentional or between private citizens is not. I can't yet confirm this, I found it on a site that remains unofficial.

Still looking...

I met a lawyer from Papua New Guinea today. She says that the seroprevalence rate is pretty high in PNG. I asked her about laws. She says that there are no laws in PNG regarding voluntary contamination. There are also no laws regarding consenting relations between declared plwha. Basically, there are no laws either way...

If someone knowingly gave HIV to another without telling them that they are HIV positive it is a crime. I believe that if you are involve with someone sexually you should them the person that you are HIV positive and let that person decides if they want to be with you or no.

I have a partner and he's HIV negative he knows everything about me and we have sex safe. He's fully educated on the virus and we use condoms at all times.

In Romania it is prohibited to infect others via sexual contact or otherwise (and it is punishable). But this does not say anything about safe sex (because when you have safe sex you do not have intention).
In my oppinion it is quite a decent piece of legislation as intentional infection should be punished. But I think everybody should take responsability for their own actions and should protect themselves and the others.
Best!
