I would like to draw
your kind attention in terms of my 2nd line TreatmentIntrrruption
forcefully by the donor Dr. Jack Preger of Calcutta Rescue.Please go
through last e-mail exshanges in between Dr. Jack and me aspasted
below, which proves the complete violation of the written agreementhe
made with us in Bengali in terms of his 2nd line Antiretroviral Drugand
relevent costs support to us beyond our National HIV/AIDSPolicy.
According to the agreement he is suppose to support with 2nd lineARD
only to them, who are under the treatment of Govt.Doctors. But inthis
case, he just stopped my 2nd line madication completely avoidingmy
treating Govt.(School of Tropical Medecines, Kolkata)Physician's
advice.Hope to get your kind cooperation and urgrnt action against
such inhumanactivities in the firld of HIV/AIDS in India.

the exactquantity ofnon refrigerated category new drugs, which you
supposed to giveme tomeet up ongoing requirement for next one month on
04.01.2007.Thecause of excess quantity of drugs retained with me,
firstly Iwasgetting the drugs from you few at least 3/4days in advance
everymonth,i.e. from 26.02.2006 to 07.12.2006 and secondly for missed
doses duetounaddressed psychological /circumstantial draw backs and/or
due toselfignorance/lack of treatment education. After receiving the
fullquantity of two types of drugs on 04.01.2007 youinstantly refuse
tosupport me further with life saving 2nd line AntiRetroviral
Drugscausing improper adherence and miss utilization of yourdonor’s
money and then asked me to get my treating physicians advice
forcurrenttreatment management to continue your further support. It
was likeboltfrom the blue to me and I failed to show you the small
quantityofanother type (Dinex) caused by instant mental depression due
to thefearof death without treatment. According to that I meet Dr.
S.K.Guha on 06.01.2007 got his prescription tocontinue ongoing
combination ofAnti Retroviral drugs and relevant tests andalso
referred topsychiatrist to get rid of alcohol dependence, which
Iinformed you overtelephone on the same day and got your non
compromisingrefusal. Then myfather also requested you over telephone
and got your nonsupportiveattitude according to your donor’s intention
towards improperadherencecaused misuse of donor’s money.All these
intentions of your donorswere completely unknown to us accordingto my
written agreements withyou in Bengali dated 07.12.2005 and
againrevised on 18.05.2006 oraccording to any earlier verbal
exchanges. Tillthen I am out of any 2ndline Anti Retroviral
Drugs.Although it is known to you, thataccording to my treatment
history, I havelost the chances to explorecompletely the advantages of
1st line AntiRetroviral Therapy due toimproper adherence, caused by
psychological andcircumstantial drawbacks to live in dignity. Which I
also disclosed toyou, before youstarted 2nd line Anti Retroviral Drug
support to me and foryour ownofficial record about my previous
treatment history and then againtimeto time through personal e-mails
to you for job involvement.As amatter of fact, it is known to me very
well as a HIV+TreatmentCampaigner (Pl. find snehansu bhaduri through
Google.com) that anydonordo not donate directly to support for Anti
Retroviral Drugs to avoidtheburden of life long support according to
National or UnitedNationsPolicy for Ethical Protocol/Obligations and
what you are doingthroughwritten agreement as Urgent Life Saving
Support is Direct ViolationofInternational Policy.But, I accepted
your support as an interim lifesaving support to live fewdays more to
live in dignity with a disclosedstatus, which our socialstigma do not
allow us still now, along with anattempt to be selfsufficient, at
least in terms of livelihood. So, Istarted Citizen’s Rightsbased urges
to Immediate Policy Rectificationto National Human RightsCommission
and United Nations Human RightsCommission. Also highlightingdifferent

Stillnow I have verystrong belief on the intention of Indian

right to juggle withany Citizen’slife in terms of social welfare or
