:rolleyes:Dear Forum,
In reference to the article in the 1st page of the Hindi Daily, “Dainik Bhaskar”, Gwalior Edition, And Dated 30th October about “Detection of two HIV Positives in Central Jail”.
The article reflected the initiation of Human Rights Commission for HIV test of the prisoners in Central Jail of Gwalior, where two prisoners are detected as HIV Positive, which were being referred to Indore for Confirmatory Test.
It is also mentioned very clearly that those two HIV Positive prisoners has been shifted immediately to a separate cell after detection.
The news surprised me very much and turned me to call up as well as to meet the responsible journalist for further enquiry. After the discussion with him, I came to know that the cause of to shift them to separate cell was nothing but their sudden detection as HIV Positives as there were no such cause against them that time to shift them to separate cell. Like neither were violent nor they disobeyed any Jail Rule that time, still the Jail Authority isolated in Separate Cell!
Thanking you,
In solidarity,
