Dear Sir,

This is for your kind information that I sought information from NACO(
twelve queries) under RTI Act which they received 09/02/2010 and replied to my eight queries on 02/03/2010 and again replied to two queries among pending four queries on 28/04/2010.

But, till today, i.e. more than two and half months I didn't receive any reply from NACO for pending two queries.
As a man living with HIV all the queries were extremely important for me for the protection of Fundamental Human Rights of People Living with HIV/AIDS.

Under this circumstances, I would like to request you to intervene in this regard and to take necessary action against the CPIO, NACO for violation of RTI Act to pay for the damarage for the protection of Human Rights of Citizens of India as well as Citizens Living with HIV/AIDS In India.
